Ashleigh wears many hats at CO OP – from driving new business to implementing brand activation and marketing strategies, she’s focused on creative problem-solving and building strong relationships. Her intricate knowledge of real estate became her secret weapon at CO OP, as she’s able to understand what drives Client’s decisions and create more thoughtful brands that connect with audiences.

An Expert in Real Estate

Ashleigh spent the first 5+ years of her career working for top multifamily real estate companies. There, she developed and implemented marketing strategies while becoming an expert on the development process. Throughout her career, she became proficient in crucial skills such as social media (strategy, content creation, advertising) digital marketing , activation/event planning and data analysis. Having experienced her fair share of uninspired agency presentations meeting CO OP was a game-changer, the first time she was truly impressed by innovative thinking and brand execution.

From Ideation to Reality

What I love the most about creating destination brands is getting to be a part of every stage of a project, and seeing a vision come to life. We were able to work on the mixed-use development The Highlands from early design stages through construction, launch and stabilization. Getting the opportunity to build something (both literally and figuratively) with an amazing Client team (Penzance) is incredibly rewarding.

A Creative Passion

While I may not technically be on the creative team, creative expression is what fuels me. From dabbling in art mediums like paint and pastels to enjoying theater, live music and dance, I feel most alive when being immersed in the arts. These days that usually means crafting with my two young children – which has become my life’s greatest passion.
