Passionate about teamwork, collaboration and success, Emma De Fry oversees all account and project management for CO OP. Emma is involved with every aspect of our projects, from planning through to execution, and plays a role in all strategic, creative and communication deliverables. Establishing, growing and nurturing client relationships is a key focus for Emma, and having worked on the client-side of the business in her earlier career, understands inherently the needs of clients, their objectives and challenges. For Emma a successful project is one that is built on a true collaboration between CO OP and our clients.
Explorer and Communicator
Australian-born, Emma has worked in marketing and branding around the world: In London, Melbourne, Toronto and New York, and as a senior producer on an international television series for ten years. She has explored the ends of the earth on filming trips, fueling her passion for creating and communicating incredible content. Having worked for, and with, some of the biggest brands in the world, Emma understands the impact and opportunity for powerful branding and marketing and loves identifying innovative ways to do so.

The challenge of the unknown
I always tell my children that “opportunities come to pass, not to pause” and hope that I have been a great example of this. Ever since I left school, I have been grabbing opportunities and seeing where they take me. Many have taken me to places I never dreamed of, doing things I could never have imagined. I am not someone who can be idle; I am always questioning, exploring, and above all, learning. I might never ‘settle’ and that’s ok, because I love navigating and conquering the challenge of the unknown.
