Discovering Old World Modernism

Sitting between the exclusive Philadelphia neighborhoods of Society Hill and Old City, 101 Walnut is an ultra-premium modern condominium building. With only 10 full-floor exclusive units, this limited edition tower is home to the city’s elite. Our challenge was to work out how we could create a brand as sophisticated as our offering, but with a distinctive modern twist.

Exhibiting Ten Masterful Works

101 Walnut is just footsteps away from the Philadelphia art gallery scene. We couldn’t help ourselves. We commissioned 10 original pieces of art from Henry Mandel, (Rothco disciple) for each of the condominiums and the ultra elite buyers. It became a modern masterpiece with ten canvases within. 

Artful Living

The building for 101 was revealed with the ten original pieces of art at a gallery with Philadelphia’s top broker guests. Each of them walked away with a signed limited edition art book of the works. This ultra-limited edition brought to life the distinctive features and amenities that create a unique way of living. The 101 brand expressed and represented contemporary luxury at the highest level.
