Avenue is a new collection of luxury condominiums located in Bellevue, Washington. Two unique towers spanning twenty six stories high, a vibrant retail plaza, and an Intercontinental Hotel comprising the first twelve floors of the Estates Tower creates key differentiators in the Pacific Northwest marketplace.
Avenue joins a short list of luxury condominiums located within the city. With no shortage of beautiful single family homes, our challenge was to create a new perspective for the “empty nester,” and the “young tech” buyer pools looking for a condominium specific lifestyle.
The campaign message Imagine Being Me was all about putting future buyers into a perspective of what life could be like living at Avenue. “Imagine Seeing What I’m Seeing,” “Imagine Falling In Love All Over Again,” “ Imagine a Michelin Star Chef an Elevator Ride Away,” all leading you into the powerful campaign message Imagine Being Me.
