A family-owned firm based in New York, NY, they manage a portfolio of over 400 properties in commercial, retail, and residential in cities throughout the United States. Feil has flown under the radar for generations, choosing to build long-lasting relationships with tenants, brokers and the business communities they serve, rather than an often-seen brash ego-led building approach. Feil is known and highly respected for their integrity and commitment. As the Feil leadership transitions to its third generation, the brand needed to amplify its generational ethos and unique characteristics to drive leasing of its diverse portfolio for the future.
