A word from the partner-in-charge

It was great to see the original bones of this classic downtown landmark when started our research. Once the home of administrative fire department HQ, we experienced the transformation into one of the cities biggest attractions. The Pier A brand is inspired by the richness of ‘upriver’ and ‘out at sea’ and energized by the human and epicurean history of NYC to revitalize the ‘glory’ of a Gilded Age menu.
