Soaring 36 stories high, The Net is slated to be the next iconic commercial tower in the Seattle skyline. The building is amenitized with a 16,000 SF Sky Park spanning 3 full levels including a public bar, private tenant amenities and unparalleled panoramic views.
Situated in the heart of Seattle’s CBD, The Net will join a pedigree of competing buildings housing an impressive portfolio of commercial brands. But the existing brand that was created locally didn’t match the grand vision of its developer. CO OP needed to recreate a brand for The Net that was a mix of fact and fantasy to attract future like-minded tenants who could see the future of office in the US.
‘The Future is Up’ is a story about The Net, an office building in Seattle that has been thoughtfully designed for tomorrow’s world. Our protagonist ‘Ten’ (or the NET spelled backwards) is the spirit of Seattle and innovation. We follow her journey as she guides us through her imagination constructing the building in a magical and dynamic way to excite and inspire. The Future is here. The Net.
