Discovery Station is a new kind of community—where cutting-edge science connects with everyday life. CO OP developed the name to reflect that union: Discovery for innovation, and Station as a purposeful destination with the spirit of a pioneer town.
The brand identity features four inward-facing arrows symbolizing convergence. A warm, approachable color palette and human-centered typography set it apart from the cold, clinical look of typical life science developments—creating a visual language that feels as inclusive and dynamic as the community it represents.
We created a future-forward website to attract Life Science tenants by showcasing Steelwave’s top-tier lab specifications and visionary expertise. Seamlessly blending immersive video, photorealistic renders, and detailed specs, the site delivers technical credibility and emotional resonance.
The UX underscores technological sophistication, while compelling storytelling highlights the human experience of this dynamic space. Rooted in the brand’s ethos, the site embodies the intersection of Life Science and real life—an inspiring, grounded destination where innovation and everyday experience co-exist.
Discovery Station is set to become a vibrant, life-filled hub—but its future energy is hard to grasp today. To bridge that gap, we crafted a distinctive brand film that captures the development’s unique character and competitive edge.
Rather than mimicking reality, the film immerses viewers in a CGI world that reflects the powerful convergence of science and humanity. Informative yet inspiring, it conveys what makes Discovery Station unlike any other Life Science destination—bringing vision, emotion, and purpose to a place still under construction.
