At her very core, Ashleigh is a problem solver. She thrives while working on projects where she needs to combine high attention to detail with thoughtful decision making. She is a natural leader who is dedicated to consistently delivering quality creative while always fulfilling a client’s goals and vision.
Ashleigh leads our Client Services team, where she combines her real estate expertise, passion for placemaking, proactive communication and keen eye for design. She’s leading some of our most exciting and innovative projects, including JBG’s D.C. real estate portfolio, DivcoWest’s Cambridge development, and several mixed-use projects in Boston and New York. She is a firm believer that a brand doesn’t mean anything unless it works, and she is dedicated to proving the value of brand through quantitative data.
Ashleigh joined CO OP from the world of real estate marketing, where she worked for both Bozzuto and Greystar. During that time, Ashleigh managed the brand development and executed the marketing strategies for projects ranging from suburban redevelopments to some of the Northeast’s most significant mixed-use developments.
She studied Marketing and Communications at Towson University, where she received a Bachelor of Science.
