My business journey:

Business success often feels like standing at the edge of the unknown, with big sharks always circling. For me, true success lies in the courage to keep pushing forward, even when the path is uncertain and doubt weighs heavily. It’s not about being fearless; it’s about embracing the fear, rising above it, and moving ahead with conviction. Success feels like the quiet, unwavering resolve to keep going, knowing that every step brings you closer to turning the impossible into reality.

Building, Believing, & Smiling

My personal path has been guided by unwavering optimism, a constant internal smile, and a passion for building — whether it’s brands, connections, or Legos. My parents instilled in me the values of integrity, loyalty, and laughter and my Jesuit teachers taught me to write, think critically, and question deeply. Honest, meaningful, and trusted friendships (you know who you are) are the bedrock of my life. But my most important journey is striving every day to be a good man, husband, and father.
