Melissa may not be the creative guru at CO OP, but one of the anchors to keep the wheels turning. Melissa is responsible for streamlining processes and improving workflow with focus on overall company profitability. As the company transforms its ambitions and operations, Melissa oversees the launch of new systems for strategy and creative, contracting / billing, campaign management and programmatic platforms.

As a specialist in planning and operations, Melissa has more than 20 years of experience in advertising, with 17 years in media. She was a founding Partner of the non-traditional media group. EnPlay.
Before moving to the operations side, Melissa worked in account management and client relations. That included categories such as credit cards, financial institutions, luxury fashion brands, travel, airlines, automotive, pharmaceuticals, packaged good, beverages, beer and alcohol and quick-service restaurants. She contributed to numerous award-winning media plans.
Creating Value, Driving Growth
My three favorite experiences guide my focus today: 1) assisting media owners in creating custom packages providing tools and concepts driving growth growth 2) working with clients to develop media opportunities and signage opportunities in their venues (establishing their own custom packages to sell to their advertisers) 3) contributed to the OOH / non-traditional chapter of a University of Colorado textbook for advertising and marketing classes.
Find the love of balance between work, life and family
Eight years ago, I became a single mom to my beautiful daughter, Isabella. My priorities shifted and I realized the importance of balancing my family support and love for her with my love for work.
You may be surprised that I love Las Vegas and I love watching reality TV. In Las Vegas, I can risk as needed, just as i do in my professional life. Detailed in my work and diligent about process but I thrive on taking educated risks to drive success for CO OP and our CO OP clients.
