The Jack

Seattle, WA
Urban Visions

Seattle’s Birthplace is Now its Future

Designed by renowned architect Olson Kundig, The Jack seamlessly integrates Kundig’s historically accurate architectural details with Seattle’s first neighborhood, Pioneer Square, and its rich history of Renaissance Revival architecture. The Urban Visions development also provided office tenants with an unparalleled, modern work environment focused on human health and sustainability.

A Modern Office For an Innovative Workforce

The Jack boasts an upscale amenity mix including: a rooftop public bar, a dedicated, secure office entrance, and multiple forms of mass transit right outside the door. Our brand focused on connecting with young business entrepreneurs looking for a cool, boutique building offering in Pioneer Square’s amenity-rich neighborhood.

Iconic Design For Today & Tomorrow

We created a brand film as our main marketing tool. This told the story of past and present, while capturing the spirit and culture of Pioneer Square with a “man on the street” style photo shoot. We also juxtaposed this approach with epic aerial views of The Jack on its waterfront location.
