Located in the heart of Center City, Philadelphia, Jessup House was designed to delight residents with its views, thoughtful amenities and comfortable living. However, this place needed to create a unique personality and reputation to become the antidote for generic urban-oasis apartments of the booming neighborhood. Rather than escaping the hustle and bustle of the city, we made a different promise by embracing the energy and excitement of the city. Located one block from Restaurant Row, the nightlife is the spotlight for these apartments.
The vibrancy of the city is woven into what Jessup House is all about. Messaging tapped into the inspiring and invigorating force of the city. It highlighted the individuality of the people who will live there, their confidence in being themselves, and their real sense of personality. The identity reflects both the gritty energy and the sophistication of the building.
With a name that sounds like an exclusive club, the new brand identity celebrates the building: its concrete and polished metal, its iconography, and its key architectural aspects like the balconies. These aspects allow for the city’s energy to flow. Invigorated with the vibrancy of Philadelphians, Jessup House is a place for city-lovers.
