CO OP is looking for a dynamic, engaging, energetic Producer / Project Manager who’s looking to grow and expand our national team (you’d be based in LA).

Qualifications & Required Skills

  • At least 7+ years experience running multiple projects in branding communications, design, media, advertising or marketing, ideally in an agency setting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels
  • Incredibly organized and prepared with excellent attention to detail
  • A natural leader, comfortable leading meetings, presentations and teams
  • A willingness to contribute to strategic and creative work throughout the process
  • Hospitality, Destination, Health & Wellness, Technology, Entertainment or Real Estate experience highly preferred
  • Easily manage SOW, account financials, account progress, client information, contact reports, client reports, and other supporting documentation for multiple clients.

Senior Designer

CO OP is looking for a Freelance and Full-Time Senior Designer to develop destination brands through thoughtful and meaningful creative ideas.

As a Senior Designer at CO OP, you must be able to collaborate with strategists translating well informed creative briefs into highly conceptual brand Identities.

We are looking for brand and marketing design experience for experiential, real estate, non-profit, and retail corporate brands, bringing new perspective to all sectors.

You must be independently responsible and a collaborative team player, and have an analytical, empathetic, creative and open mind, and a willingness to change the status quo. Being a great and inspiring presenter is a must.

CO OP now operates coast to coast so wherever you are located, you’ll be collaborating with the team virtually and in person. There will be some travel expected but you’ll be able to work from wherever you want.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Concept, develop, and collaborate on all aspects design for real estate, corporate and other clients
  • Develop creative presentations based on a strategically informed brand platform
  • Identify, research and lead visual discovery workshops to inspire great design
  • Participate in internal workshops and brainstorms to develop ideas and push thinking on projects and internal initiatives
  • Develop brand identities, campaigns and marketing tools across all design disciplines
  • Develop comprehensive, clear and inspiring brand standards

Junior Brand Strategist

A Strategist (Junior) at CO OP must enjoy learning and tackling new subjects, and be able to approach problems from multiple perspectives. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who is able to develop a deep understanding and analysis of scenarios and problems, and creatively develop ideas, opportunities, and solutions for clients in the areas of brand, communications, business and social innovation. You must be independently responsible and a collaborative team player, and have an analytical, empathetic, creative and open mind, and a willingness to change the status quo. You thrive in a fast-paced business environment and have a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and strict deadlines. Confidence, a sharp wit and sense of humor will come in handy.

The Strategist’s chief responsibility will be to support the Chief Innovation Officer and other Strategists in leading research and developing competitive and audience insights for both consumer and business-to-business opportunities. This work is in service of the creation of high-level brand strategy, activation strategy, creative briefing, whether client contracted projects or internal new business opportunities, as directed by the Chief Innovation Officer.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead primary & secondary research efforts, turning that information into insights, and delivering those insights to the team in a concise, actionable & inspiring way
  • Participate in and assist in workshops and brainstorms as appropriate in the process.
  • Responsible for getting the input and support of the Chief Innovation Officer and other appropriate Management in the recommendation and presentation of strategic deliverables
  • Actively seek opportunities for departmental as well as individual growth and improvement
  • Areas of research will include evaluating the competitive landscape, identifying target audience desires & needs, and understanding consumer sentiment
  • Work collaboratively with project teams including account managers and designers
  • Manage tasks, timelines and deadlines for several projects
  • Develop documents and communications to brief wider project team on the strategy (design, production, account teams)
  • Assist with new business pitches and drive projects forward

Key Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in strategy or planning either full time or freelance
  • Proven experience in research and developing actionable insights
  • Experience in the real estate sector a nice-to-have, but not a need-to-have
  • Experience working on multiple projects at once on different timelines
  • Great Keynote skills a MUST
  • Top-notch verbal, written and listening skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Collaborative work style
  • Eager to learn and able to jump right in
