Urban Visions, the innovative Seattle developer, tapped NY/LA based branding agency, CO OP, once again to brand The Jack, a new eight-story commercial development, located in Pioneer Square Seattle. The Jack, set to be a hub of activity in the city, offers 145,500 square feet of rentable space, including 136,000 square feet of office space and 9,500 square feet of ground-level retail/restaurant space. The design, created by Olson Kundig, blends historic inspiration with modern amenities and will offer a rooftop deck, parking, secure bike storage, and locker rooms. By tapping into the city’s unique urban and rock heritage, CO OP has created a brand that reflects Seattle’s values and promises to be a hub of innovation and community in Pioneer Square’s historic neighborhood.
