CO OP rose to the challenge and transformed the campus into Aperture Del Mar, a world-class innovative life sciences hub that embodies the spirit of Southern California.

With CO OP’s vision and branding expertise, Aperture Del Mar has now secured one of the largest lease deals in recent memory for the region’s life sciences sector. Neurocrine Biosciences, a leading biopharmaceutical company, has leased the full 535,000 square feet of the campus to serve as their new headquarters. This deal is a testament to CO OP’s ability to not only create a unique and compelling brand, but also to successfully position it in a highly competitive market.
